  • Open Box Delivery: Customers are required to check the product at the time of delivery.
  • Only defective/damaged pieces identified during open-box delivery will be eligible for replacement.
  • To claim a replacement, please inform the delivery partner immediately and capture proof (images/videos).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not available for the defective product.
